The Institution identifies the disadvantaged/at risk groups amongst the student body to analyze their needs and issues in order to create a specialized unit to tackle these issues with necessary HR resources.

The Policy Executive invites key members from the various Business Sections1 that are experienced in Human Capital as a thematic area to create a focus group that will discuss future industry needs in terms of human capital , to put forward recommendations for the Education Sector in Malta to be taken up by the government and implemented in the classroom. This will in turn equip our students with the skills they require for future work.
